Effective June 2, 2022 the cancellation policy listed below will apply to all salon and spa reservations at Lee's Summit Retreat.

We completely understand when unexpected events occur and you are unable to attend your reserved appointment. Your first cancellation before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will not result in a fee charged to your account however a credit card will be needed to book another appointment.

 

Any day of, re-schedule requests, or no shows will result in a cancellation fee between 50-100% of your cancelled appointment service price. The fee will be charged at the time of the cancellation or request to re-schedule or no show.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to re-schedule your service for another time that is convenient to you and your stylist.

After your first cancellation we will require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file at the time of the cancellation or re-schedule to request. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services within seven days.
